"Terrible experience – unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. Avoid at all costs. We hired this team to renovate our flat, including expanding certain rooms by demolishing some internal walls and balcony doors. What followed was four months of pure frustration. After the initial demolition, no construction work resumed for months. We had placed an order for aluminium doors, but despite constant reminders, no one showed up to install them. As a result, our home remained completely exposed to rain, heat, dust, and wind. This led to extensive damage, including swollen and ruined cupboard laminates—which we hadn't planned to replace, but were forced to due to the neglect. To make things worse, the aluminium door rails had already been installed in anticipation of the doors. But because the doors were never delivered or fixed, we had to remove the rails entirely, which created more scrap material and led to additional financial LOSS on top of everything else. (photos of scrap aluminium also attached) We were very clear about the tile design we wanted, but they sourced tiles from a different supplier and batch, resulting in mismatched aesthetics. To make matters worse, we insisted on tile adhesive for the installation, which they claimed to have charged us for—but we later caught their supervisor lying, as they were only using cement. Despite our dissatisfaction , we had to settle for cement-based tile work, which was poorly executed and has already led to visible cracks across multiple floor sections (photos attached). Their labor force was EXTREMELY unreliable—workers would disappear for 11 to 12 days at a time with zero communication and always different workers would show up, bringing the project to a halt repeatedly. Meanwhile, we were paying rent elsewhere, significantly increasing our costs due to their delays. Throughout all of this, Nidhi and Amit were completely missing in action. They visited the site JUST ONCE in four months and only after we relentlessly chased them. With no accountability, constant delays, and one issue after another, we ultimately FIRED them and completed the entire renovation ourselves. They overcharge, use cheap materials, and have no expertise or professionalism. Based on our experience, they are just con artists. Please save yourself the stress and money—DO NOT hire them."
